Residence
RECEPTION
Please leave your keys with reception every time you
leave the residence.
INTERNET
If you use the internet key outside of the residence you
will be responsible for any bills incurred.

ROOMS
Please do not hang clothes or towels over the fans and
remember to turn them off when leaving the room.
TRASH
You will need to take out your own trash. There is an
area for this in Campo Junghans, on the right behind
the brick wall.
TERRACE
If you leave garbage on the roof, it flies off, into the
streets, and bottles can hit the pavement.

 Attendance is required for academic courses.
If you are unable to attend lesson, you must
contact your tutor and Lily at [email protected]
 Harvard University rules regarding
attendance and participation, conduct, and
academic integrity are in effect
 You are responsible for being familiar with
these rules

 Travel away from Venice is permitted
 Ensure that you have no other obligations
 For overnight trips, you must inform Giovanna of
your travel itinerary and contact information.

 Look out for each other
 If you are concerned about a fellow student’s
safety or well-being, please talk to Giovanna.
 Harvard Amnesty Policy is in effect:

“Students may bring an intoxicated or drugimpaired friend to University Health Services or
to a hospital, or seek assistance from College
residential life staff or HUPD, and by doing this,
neither they nor the friend will face disciplinary
action from the College for having used or
provided alcohol or drugs.”
