Public Random Drawing
CVCHS currently receives more applications than it has
available spots
Enrollment preference will be given based on State Ed. Code
(see next slide)
Once the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the
school, CVCHS will hold a Public Random Drawing (“Lottery”)
All names will be drawn and numbered to determine
enrollment offers and waitlist positions
When a student is offered a spot they will receive a “letter of
intent” form which must be completed and submitted within
5 days to secure enrollment
