• Ensure strong contrast between font
and background

• Don’t get carried away by the “WOW” factor
• Just because you can, doesn’t mean you
should.
• Have an instructional purpose.
• Try to limit the number of words you put on
each line. You don’t want to go on and on,
and make everything look cluttered.

• Use special effects with care
• Maximum 3 fonts per slide
• Always use spell check
Don’t try to . use too many effects!

importantly, if you show this presentation several times
