What Is WebAdMIT?
Online admissions management software designed to bring individual
applicant data and a dynamic overview of the application process to the
fingertips of an admissions officer.
What is WebAdMIT
Who makes WebAdMIT?
Created by Academic Software Plus,
makers of PTAdMIT and subsidiary of
Liaison International, who manages
PTCAS.
Who designs WebAdMIT?
WebAdMIT design is led by the staff at Academic Software
Plus, Liaison International, and an Advisory Group.
When do Services move to WebAdMIT?
Only when the advisory committee from a service feels that
the software is ready to sufficiently benefit that CAS.
Typical WebAdMIT Timeline
Step One – Committee Review – 9-18 Months Out
Admissions personnel from the application service review the software
to assess its functionality and the needs of the service. This typically
occurs at least one year prior to the transition.

ensure WebAdMIT meets any needs unique to their profession. This
typically occurs during the cycle prior to the transition.

During the first WebAdMIT cycle, webinars are offered to all programs
to help familiarize themselves with WebAdMIT. The AdMIT support
team is also available to answer questions and conduct training.
Staying the Same – Applicant Portal
Transitioning to WebAdMIT has no affect on applicants in PTCAS.
Staying the Same – PDFs
Applications are still available as PDFs for every applicant as soon as
they e-submit.
Staying the Same – Verification
Coursework will still be verified by PTCAS.
Staying the Same - Mailings
Mailings will continue to be available from PTCAS. To access
electronic mailings, log into WebAdMIT.
Staying the Same - PTAdMIT
In order to make sure programs can transition at their own
pace, PTAdMIT will be available during the first cycle that
WebAdMIT is used.
