Transcript Explore Topic Project - Baileys Court Primary School
After all our fantastic learning about LS Lowry we have now moved
onto our new topic called ‘Explore!’ As an initial buzz we all ‘explored’
the playground finding clues and pictures to get us thinking and we
have also started learning about some famous explorers.

the playground finding clues and pictures to get us thinking and we
have also started learning about some famous explorers.
In school we will be learning about John Cabot, James Cook, Edmund
Hillary, Yuri Gagarin and Neil Armstrong. However, we know there are
lots more famous explorers that would be very interesting to learn
about…and that’s where you come in.

We would love the children to create a factfile or information poster
about a famous explorer that interests them. We will then be able to
share them in class and learn from each other.
