• Median base salaries steady; downward pressure on
discretionary compensation

• Delayed start dates from ~10 companies, mostly consulting
firms; 4 rescinded offers (2 related to visa issues)

• Over 100 alumni advising appointments in last 12 weeks
• Majority graduated within last 1-10 years
• Focused on layoffs in finance: banking, investment
management, hedge funds, private equity, real estate
• Concentrated in New York City
