Chapter 8 §8.3 Waterproof Sheet Introduction Polymer Modified Asphalt Sheet Material Polymer Water Proof Sheet Polymer Modified Asphalt Sheet Material SBS Modified Asphalt Sheet Material—Elastomer Asphalt Sheet Material APP Modified Asphalt Sheet Material—Plastomer Asphalt Sheet Material SBS Modified Asphalt Waterproof sheet Definition SBS modified asphalt waterproof sheet is a kind of waterproof sheet material formed by dipping support with SBS modified asphalt. It is sprayed plastic asphalt on both sides, with sewing fine sand, mineral particles or covering polyethylene film on the upper side and at the bottom. It belongs to elastomer sheet (thermoplastic plastomer). Both fiberglass and polyester texture can be used as the support. The sheet of fiberglass support can be divided into three grades:20,35 and 45. The sheet of polyester felt support can be divided into four grades:25, 35, 45 and 55. Tab 35 and its belowings can be used in multi-layer water proofing. Tabs above tab 35 can be used in uniquelayer water proofing and multi-layer water proofing as well as in heat construction. APP Modified asphalt Waterproof Sheet Definition APP modified asphalt waterproof sheet is one kind of plasticity asphalt waterproof sheet, formed by dipping support with asphalt or thermal elastic (atactic polypropylene) modified asphalt (elasticity asphalt in short). Spraying plastic asphalt on both sides , sewing fine sand, mineral particles or covering polyethylene film on the upper side . Sewing fine sand or covering polyethylene film at the bottom.
