MENU

Monday

• Breakfast: cornflakes with milk • 2nd breakfast: a sandwich with lettuce, ham, tomato + tea • Dinner: chicken breast chop, green beans, potatoes, salad with white cabbage, parsley and carrot • Tea: Greek salad • Supper: roll with cottage cheese

Tuesday

• Breakfast : omelette with vegetables • 2nd breakfast : yoghurt with flakes and apple • Dinner: krupnik soup, dumplings with sauce and piece of meat • Tea: grated carrot and apple • Supper : 3 slices of crispbread with jam

Wednesday

• Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with bread, green tea • 2nd breakfast: Sandwich with cheese and tomato • Dinner: mushroom soup, pancakes with strawberries • Tea: cherry jelly • Supper: sandwich with fish paste

Thursday

• Breakfast: Cottage cheese with chive, radishes and bread, cocoa • 2nd breakfast: sandwich with jam • Dinner: borsch, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms • Tea: strawberry sherbet • Supper: shrimps with tomato sauce

Friday

• Breakfast : croissants with butter, orange juice • 2nd breakfast : vanilla yoghurt • Dinner: : prażonki • Tea: Cold Borsch • Supper : sandwich with nutella cream

Saturday

• Breakfast : 2 boiled sausages with bread • 2nd breakfast: yoghurt, an apple • Dinner: spaghetti • Tea: chocolate pudding • Supper: Vegetable salad with mayonnaise

Sunday

• Breakfast: oatmeal with milk, sandwich with ham • 2nd breakfast: tube with a puff pastry with pudding, tea • Dinner: broth, potatoes, cucumber salad, grilled chicken, fruit compote • Tea: salad with fruits • Supper : a slice of cheesecake

OUR RECIPES

• 1 kg of boiled potatoes 6 grams of potato flour 4 grams of wheat flour 2 eggs • Salt

Dumplings

Put warm potatoes on pastry board and add potato starch and flourand, eggs and a pinch of salt. Form small dumplings from dough, and make a little hole in each. Boil prepared dumplings in salty water for 3 minutes. Serve with sauce as an addition to meat, or as a dish itself.

Greek salad

• 3 tomatoes Half a kilo of chinese cabbage 1 cucumber 1 red onion 1 pepper 20 decagrams of black and green olives Feta cheese pack • Salt, pepper and Greek salad dressing Cut all of the ingredients into cubes, and toss them into a bowl. Then add salt, pepper and sauce. Leave it in cooler place for 2 hours.

Serve cold.

Fruit salad with sprouts

• 2 oranges - peeled and cubed 1 large bunch of red grapes 1 kiwi fruit - peeled and cubed 1 cup of Mung bean sprouts half a cup of sunflower sprouts

Nowadays people live in a hurry. They forget about healthy food, and they choose fast food instead.

Good advice

We think that the best solution is to open more of the milk bars and canteens with healthy food. This would reduce the shocking number of obese adolescents in Europe, and worldwide, too.
