NSMA’s Key Objectives:

Develop technical and procedural recommendations

Provide a linkage between government regulations and industry practice

Proactively advise regulatory bodies on matters affecting radio frequency spectrum policy

The NSMA develops and publishes Recommendations and Reports
•
Recommendations are developed in Working Groups and are approved by a 15 member Board of Directors
•
Over 60 recommendations and reports have been issued
•
General meetings held 3 times each year
•
Interacts with the FCC and standards bodies such as the TIA
•
Take positions in regulatory arenas
