Identifying Low-Income Areas

 Area Median Income (AMI) for Households in the 10-County Atlanta Region = $56,225  30% below AMI = Low Income.

 50% below AMI = Very Low Income.

 80% below AMI = Extremely Low-Income.

Identifying Equitable Target Areas (ETA)

 ETAs are based on five parameters: seniors, poverty, minorities, education attainment and median housing values.

 Areas with an ETA index 10 17 are identified as ETA Communities.
