Project Purpose / Executive Summary
• English Camp is a charity program that has been organized
annually by PMI Gdansk Branch since 2004.
• The main goal of the program is to give the kids from the
orphanages, foster & poor families a chance to participate in
winter & summer English courses.
• Apart from the participation in the language course kids have a
chance to take part in the attractive motivating program.
• Furthermore, the participants are presented to the new learning
& memorizing techniques to support studying in general.

Project Scope/ Deliverables
In scope:
• a 2-week camp (29Jan -12 Feb12)
• 30-34 kids (3 groups). Max 30% kids from previous editions
• English Course (3 English teachers; 3 hours 5 days a week;
course program based on Longman’s materials)
• Additional activities
• Trip for best kids
• Post camp meeting
Out of scope:
• English lessons during the school year
• Additional activities during the school year
