The School QI Process
• All School QI Data should be entered online by 11/14/14
• There is still 2 options for data entry
– Someone from the district enters all of the schools
themselves through the district contact login
– Each school will enter their own data
• This year, there is a generic database with access only to
your district’s school QI data (http://laspdg.org/sl/)
• Each district has a unique password that will be included
in the directions that are emailed to you

Complete LEA QI
• At this time, you will complete the LEA Level QI as a team
• Each of you have hard copies in your folder
• Use your ipad or laptop to input your answers
– Go to www.laspdg.org
– Online Reporting
– Log in as District Contact
– Enter email address and password
– Click on the 2nd option (Enter/Edit Data for LEA Level QI)
