• Maintain quality of work life:
• Dedicated teams
• Schedule defined by the organization
• Not omogeneous composition of team or not-collocated
teams can make alignment very difficult
• Management of personal weaknesses
• APM in “external” projects (i.e. which involve client and
provider)
