Report
deadline: Monday March 12, 23h59
The INDIVIDUAL final report should be about the
COMPLETE project that your group worked on,
with emphasis on the part that you contributed.
Use a normal publication structure with:
introduction, methods, results and discussion
sections (include literature references).
Each group member will be
responsible (‘owner’) of his/her own
part of the solution, and that part of
the software will be taken into
account for the grading (with the
final report and presentation).
Report
You will be graded individually, not as a group: so
we should be able to see what you contributed.
Include a section at the end of your report that
describes everyone’s contribution to the project,
who did what.
Include the Perl code as an appendix with the
author(s) listed.
Remember, keep things as simple as possible, there
will be no extra credits for unnecessary complexity.
