Status of GP Computerization
Computer Hardwares, Softwares and Peripherals supplied
by OCAC under Gram Panchayat Computerization is being
verified by the DeGS Coordinators.
As per decision taken the DeGS Coordinators are verifying
the items of Block & only of 5 GPs. Out of the 5 GPs one GP
of within the 5 KM from the Block HQ and other 4 GPs,
which is farthest GPs of the said Block HQ.

PROBLEMS FACED DURING DATA ENTRY
1. Receipt Vouchers : Problem in entering unspent
balances received from the implementing agencies
which was given as advance earlier.
2. Receipt Vouchers : In schemes such as IAY,MGNREGS
& SGSY there is no minor head under
scheme/component for receiving state share (Grant-inaid).
3. Payment Voucher : Problem in entering vouchers
where single cheque is submitted to banks for transfer to
Blocks and Other implementing agencies.
PROBLEMS FACED DURING DATA ENTRY
4. Contra Entry : In contra entry Challen No. & Challen
Date is given mandatory, which may be made optional.
5. A common advance head may be created for all users for
allocating undefined advance amount.
6. Payment Vouchers : In expenditure options in nature
of payment , the name of the schemes are not shown
properly hence creating problem in entry.
