Fieldwork sites will be identified

instructor/program coordinator
Working professionals can
complete fieldwork hours in a
number of ways including:
•Reduction in work day
•Weekday evening hours
•Weekend hours
Culminating Activities
Comprehensive Exam
•Written examination taken at the
end of the program
•Includes a case scenario and
open-ended questions that allow
you to display your skills at
writing, critical thinking, analysis,
and application of theory to
practice
•Students have two opportunities
to pass the exam
•The professional seminar class,
in particular, along with all other
courses will aid students in
preparation for the exam

Requirements:

Earned a baccalaureate degree from
accredited institutions of higher education
with a GPA in upper division of 3.0 or above

Demonstrated educational leadership
potential and skills including successful
experience in school, college, or the
community

Demonstrated academic excellence, problemsolving ability, and an interest in higher
education leadership, students, administration
or advocacy

Three confidential recommendation forms
attesting to the professional potential and
ability of the candidate

Written statement of purpose

Professional resume

On-campus interview with the Admissions
