What are the rooming arrangements?

 Students: triples or quads (3 or 4 single beds) Roommates to be selected in April 2012  Adults: twin rooms (2 beds) unless a double bed is requested

Behavior

 Participation in all scheduled activities is obligatory  No drinking, no smoking  Respect the curfew (usually 11:00 p.m.) and expect room checks  Visitors and group members of the opposite sex are not permitted in students’ rooms  Be respectful and considerate at all times  Behavior in advance of the trip……

Fundraising Policies

 The Latin Booster Club will keep your profits from our fundraising for you.  You can request a check to pay towards your EF account at any time… please give sufficient notice for our treasurer  If YOU fundraise and then don’t go on the trip……  If the TRIP is cancelled, postponed, etc.……
