“To achieve excellence
in local policing and

public confidence by
working alongside
communities and
partners to address
what matters
locally”.
Outcomes that I want to achieve
Making local communities and
the victims of crime feel
empowered through:
Involving them in the
design/redesign of local police
and crime services
Listening to their feedback in the
evaluation of service delivery
Defining services that match the
needs our communities have
identified to us
- underpinned by my personal
commitment to work with and for
our communities
Outcomes that I want to achieve
Maximising the benefits of
partnerships through the
use of innovative shared
working arrangements to
tackle and prevent crime at
its source.
Using our resources
intelligently to ensure what
we do is both efficient and
effective.
My Personal Priorities

Preventing such violence from happening
by challenging the attitudes and
behaviours which foster it and intervening
early where possible to prevent it;
Providing adequate levels of support
where violence does occur;
Working in partnership to obtain the best
outcome for victims and their families; and
Taking action to reduce the risk to women
and girls who are victims of these crimes
and ensure that perpetrators are brought
to justice.
