Candidates are initially screened for the following:
− Eligibility: Education, Language and Number of
Years of Work Experience, as called for in the vacancy
announcement.
− Suitability: Relevant skills and previous work
experience
− Availability and Motivation to work in hardship
locations.
− Looking for candidates who have the “BEST FIT”

