EEPs was created through legislation
and provides for incentives in the form
of rebates for ComEd and/or Ameren
Illinois utility customers. EEPs is
designed to encourage those
customers to purchase and install high
efficiency electric equipment and
systems to reduce electricity use and
demand.

that are clear and simple to verify.
For New Fixture incentives submit photographs
of existing fixtures.
Submit CEE list with selected equipment circled.

removed with Final Application.
Reference the DCEO assigned Application
number for project correspondence.


Step 1: Submit a Pre-approval Application
Click the Pre-approval check box on the application
• Complete the appropriate worksheet
• Pre-Approval Applications need customer signatures
Step 2: Receive Notice to Proceed from DCEO
Step 3: Install Equipment or Perform Project Work
• Maintain documentation
Step 4: Submit a Final Application
• Click the Final check box on the application
• Submit all required supporting documentation
• Final applications need customer signature
Step 5: DCEO Processes Rebate or Grant

Copy of electric bill (final pages that list taxes and fees applied)

Completed Pre-Approval Application and Signed Certification Form

Follow Lighting Specifications and submit CEE lists with lamps
circled. (See CEE slide)


New Fixtures include: room/area, quantity of existing fixtures,
description and wattage of existing fixtures, quantity of new fixtures,
description and wattage of new fixtures.

Retrofits include: room/area, quantity, description of existing
fixtures, number of lamps in existing fixtures and number of lamps in
retrofit fixtures. Lamp total shall match number of lamps indicated in
the Lighting Incentive Spreadsheet. Retrofit lamps and ballasts
shall be listed at: http://www.cee1.org/com/com-lt/com-lt-main.php3

Occupancy Sensors include: room/area, wattage of fixtures
controlled.

Light Survey totals match totals on Lighting Incentive Worksheet









