EXAMPLE: Protégé Name (ABC Co.) HBCU/MI total = $10,000x4= $40,000 Labor total = $10,000x3= $30,000 ODC total = $ 3,000x2= $ 6,000 Total Credit Taken $76,000 Total credit amt applied to SB,SDB,WOSB,SDVOSB CATEGORIES 11 Reimbursable Costs Mentor’s Direct Labor Costs Other Direct Costs (ODC) Incidental Costs: Up to 10% of Total Funded Amount (i.e. travel, subsistence, supplies and material incidental to the program) Approved Subcontractors • Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) • Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) • Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) • Minority Institutions of Higher Education (MI) 12 PROGRAM SUCCESS MEASUREMENTS (ROI) • Increase in the dollar value of prime contract & subcontract awards to Protégé • Increase in the dollar value of subcontracts awarded by Mentor • Increase in the dollar value of subcontracts awarded by other DoD primes to Protégé • An increase in the employment level and Annual Gross Revenues of Protégé 13 MP Reporting Requirements •DoD Semi-Annual Report due 30 April & 31 Oct •DCMA Annual MP Program Review • DCAA – Annual Report •DCMA Post Review (Revenues & Employment) •Year One •Year Two 14 DCMA Performance Review • Annual Performance Review • Insure compliance with terms/conditions of agreement and milestones status • Whether all costs reimbursed to Mentor were reasonably incurred per agreement, regulations and procedures • Whether Mentor & Protégé accurately reported • Progress for Protégé (employment, revenues, contracts, and subcontracts) Risk Rating (Low,Moderate,High) 15 THE END • THANK YOU • QUESTIONS Enid Allen [email protected] (858) 637-4933
