Strategies
1. Utilize the expertise of sports medicine specialists from a broad
range of disciplines to educate coaches, parents and young
athletes.
2. Council of Champions- currently made up of 35 individuals.
Leverage the authority of public leaders to underscore the
importance of prevention.
3. Officially Collaborating Organizations-More than 176 collaborating
organizations have signed on to the Campaign-including the NATA,
Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Permanente.
4. Generate a widespread and lasting focus on trauma and overuse
prevention at the local level to personalize and directly educate
our target audience through local media events, sports clinics,
coaches workshops and community events.
