Easy access and 24h online availability of supporting product information, order history, and pending orders is necessary to keep track of all your suppliers. If you and your suppliers operate in different time zones, online ordering becomes even more important.

Novozymes’ solution

Novozymes’ Customer Center is your online product information and ordering portal, available around the clock and contains: Home: A welcome page targeted to your specific industry, informing about specific and relevant information such as upcoming trade shows.

Products and Orders: This is the place to find the latest updated product information and to start the ordering process. From here you can also view order history, status on current orders and print order confirmations. Furthermore, you will find your invoices, Certificates of Analysis, price list, and information about packaging material.

Library: An extensive database containing product specific application sheets, articles, certificates, pH temperature & activity curves, product ranges, and safety documents.

Support: A section containing a quick guide to the Customer Center, contact details of your Account Manager, and regulatory information. From here you can also submit a complaint, customize your site by modifying the settings, for example you can choose your language and change your password.
