TAKE CARE OF YOUR
BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Behavior Plan
1st offense: A verbal warning is given.
2nd offense: Student will sit in time out area.
3rd offense: We discuss the situation. If an apology is
given or the appropriate thing is done they may
rejoin the group. The teacher is informed of the
situation and it is marked for their conduct
grade in classroom.
4th offense: Note to parent or phone call home.
5th offense: A detention may be issued or sent to the
office.
** If the student is sent down to do research or to get
materials independently, student will be asked to
leave and a note is sent back to the teacher.
SAFETY PROCEDURES
 Fire Alarm – Exit south side (check-out side, turn right
in hallway, turn left and exit recess doors.)
 Windstorm Alarm – Go to story pit
 Tornado Alarm – Go to hallway on 2nd grade side in
front of bulletin board.
 ALWAYS proceed in a quiet and orderly fashion.
Lost/Damaged Books
You are responsible
for everything
checked out
with your id card!
Do not loan your ID card to
anyone and NEVER check
out books for a friend!

o If there is a line for RC quizzes, you
may only take ONE quiz at a time!!
o Open only ONE program at a time.
o Use a gentle touch.
o If the monitor is dark, check the
power button light. If it is orange,
press the space bar and it will turn on
automatically.
o Keep the computer area in neat order
when finished.

something you are interested in

- These are books that tell you about a REAL person
* They are located on the wall across from check out

•Reading counts is
for grades 1-5
•SRI is for grades 2-5
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST FEW DAYS
OF THE MONTH TO TAKE A QUIZ!!!
