view to bring about economical resource management & enhance
management efficiency, accountability and overall ambience at the
society, fetching West End Management Rs.5lac p.a. extra income.
Propositions have been summarized across 7 slides.

- Company Profile: EPGL (1984) promoted by professionals with lineage with
creditable institutions, having worked on numerous World Bank Aided assignments
as management experts, had grown 6.50lac trees, 1.50lac m2 lawns when it entered
drinking water in 1998 and pioneered a celebrated model of affordable RO-purified
water for drinking for masses. Our initiatives have been working at MICA ('03),
ISRO Colony ('04), BSNL colony ('05), IIMA ('06), ICICI Bank ('07), Kotak Bank
('08), IIPM ('11). Our other clients are Essar Oil, L&T, GAIL, etc.
- International Water Management Institute Sri Lanka ('04), Acumen Fund New York
('08), WASMO, GoG ('07), Grass-root Business Fund Washington ('10) Hindustan
Zinc Ltd ('11) supported our drinking water initiatives. EPGL CEO is alumnus of
Global Social Benefit Incubation Program 2008 at Santa Clara University California.
- Our community RO-plants are working in 60 communities in Gujarat, Rajasthan,
Karnataka, and Delhi. We entered principle-to-principle partnership with Eureka
Forbes Ltd for community RO initiatives in Gujarat & Rajasthan (2011).

- EPGL may be retained for daily car cleaning/washing @Rs.200per car p.m.

Presentation by EPGL
West End Park is a cluster of 250+ largely formally trained, professionals and
executive class, families, many working couples. Quality conscious, seeking
high value for every penny spent, demanding exacting service quality
standards with strong willingness and ability to pay for their demanded output.
• Net worth of the Proposal – for members and the management
- Members will spend less by 10-50% on various services availed of by them
- Society may mop up Rs.5lac p.a. by implementing various propositions.
- We offer to execute these propositions together as a package. Alternatively,
we may commence with pilot of select 4-5activities on the express
understanding that once the operations become stable for the pilot activities,
remaining propositions will be awarded (commercial terms and systems
controls may be finalized for the entire proposal right at the start)

- Car washers will ’ve proper uniform & headed by a supervisor for client servicing
- Society may lay a peripheral pvc pipeline to assist car washing in situ rather than
driving car to one tap for washing by untrained washing boys. EPGL may
supply/lay this pipeline for a one time induction charge of Rs.250 per member
Domestic Helps
- EPGL may provide & oversee domestic helps for the entire campus @Rs.400 per
work (washing clothes and cleaning/brooming & washing utensils) per flat.
Members will retain option to have domestic help on hours basis rather than work
basis @30min. per Rs.400pm.
- All domestic helps will be uniformed and provided with ID cards by EPGL &
assigned work responsibilities. Each domestic help will be assigned < 4houses
- EPGL supervisor will be answerable to the members for any domestic help’s
performance. Payment will be released only on specified resident issuing
satisfactory service certificate.
- Members will save on domestic help bills and have more clean, better trained,
presentable, organized, regular and disciplined persons. Substitute help will be
provided in case of the regular help being on leave.
EPGL will pay to Society 7.5% revenues from Domestic helps/car washing
Centralized RO Plant
