• TRIM Captura is currently used by 3
business units at 2 campuses
• 1 of those business units create
documents as folders!
• They are all paper based systems and no
electronic documents are captured
The Way Forward
TRIM Captura to be upgraded to TRIM
Context. TRIM Context will be a centralised
record system that will manage both paper
and electronic formats.
TRIM will be available to all users.
