THE PUBLISHING PROCESS
Steps in publishing a book with CABI

Send me an abstract of the book that you want to write

I will take a decision and then circulate it with my UK colleagues

Once we all agree, I will request you to fill our Publishing proposal

Once that is done, I would request for 2 representative chapters for review

Pending good reviews, I shall then present it to the Publishing Committee (PC)

Once PC gives a green signal, I shall send you our contract

With in 1 year (maximum), I expect to have the full MS
Time taken from abstract to contract is generally 2 months max. Maximum
time is due to MS review (anything between 15 days to a month).
