John Montagu Fourth Earl of Sandwich was born in London. He is said to have created the first sandwich in 1778. He was playing cards, got hungry and so he could carry on playing cards he asked his servants to bring him some meat placed between 2 slices of bread.

Thank you to all who came along to the Halloween Disco’s on Thursday evening.
