
During World War 2,Germany blamed all
Their problems such as low income, financial
crisis and low employment rates on the
Jews because they were so successful. So
when Adolf Hitler got the place as dictator
he wanted to make Germany powerful and
the only way he could do that was by
eliminating people such as communists,
disabled people, gypsies and especially
Jews. The hatred of Jews was know as AntiSemitic.
All Jews were forced to wear an armband
with a yellow star on it. Hitler gave all
Jews a chance to get out of Germany
before taking maters into his own hands.
If they still remained at home he would
evict them and then sent them to
concentration camps. Around six million
Jews were killed then. That period of time
is known as Holocaust
Adolf Hitler 20 April 1889 – 30 April 1945. Born
in Austria. Adolf’s father used to beat him a
lot, so when his father died he felt no
remorse what so ever in fact he was quite
happy. So Adolf was brought up by his
mum. All the hatred and pain he had
suffered was in side him so he wanted to
hurt people to, but he went over board a
began killing people like Jews and he
called this ‘The Final Solution.’
When Adolf won the election, he became
dictator of Germany and this gave him the
power to make decisions for Germany. He
kept pestering the Jews, so in the end some
people ended up emigrating to different
countries. So for the people that did not go
Hitler stormed their houses and they were
taken to the concentration camps in were
they died of starvation, disease, shooting or
getting gassed.
The Jews were a race of people who covered
most of Germany. Jews were successful so
many Germans envied them. Most Germans
agreed with Hitler that the Jews were getting
all the good jobs in the country, so the
Germans decided to eliminate them. Just
because they were different they were disliked
by everybody. The Jews had to wear an
armband with a yellow star on it. Then the
Jewish children were sent out of school and
adults were fired from their jobs.
There were about 20 main concentration camps
around Europe. These camps were set up to kill
Jews and the other races of people disliked.
They were either gassed, starved to death,
worked to death or shot. The soldiers were so
brutal they even made them dig their own
graves and then they had to stand at the
edge and shoot them .They later decided it
was just a waste of time and bullets. So they
started to put a group of Jews in a sealed
chamber and gassed them. They were also
stripped of their clothes and their hair was
shaved off.
Also their shoes were taken away from
them. The camps were very low in
quality. The residents had to sleep on
triple bunk beds. These were made of
wood and they were not comfortable at
all. The weather was very cold and their
blankets were extremely thin and very
lousy. The people were forced to dig
holes all day from morning till night. They
were hardly fed anything at all. If a
person died they would burn their body
or take it away.
In conclusion Adolf Hitler purposely started
WW2 because he hated Jews and he
wanted to eliminate the. Concentration
camps were set up to kill them. About 6
million Jews died and this is known as The
Holocaust remembrance day and is still
celebrated on the 9 of April.
