Spaghetti
with Meatballs
Ingredients for 4 people:
Method:
• 500 gr RUMMO Spaghetti
• 10 CAMERON HARRISON
MEATBALLS
• 500 ml MURACA
tomato sauce
• 4 tb spoons EV Olive Oil
• Fresh Italian parsley finely
chopped
• 1 garlic clove
• Salt and Pepper
Heat the oil in a large frying pan for 1 min, add the garlic finely
chopped and a bit of parsley. Fry for a few seconds then add the
CAMERON HARRISON meatballs, browning them on all sides.
Season with salt, pepper, then pour in MURACA tomato sauce.
Turn the meatballs over in the sauce, ensuring they’re all
covered. Cover the pan and cook the meatballs on a low heat
for about 30 mins, spoon over the sauce occasionally and add a
little water if it’s becoming too dry. 15 mins before the end of
the cooking time, cook RUMMO spaghetti in salted boiling
water. Stir spaghetti and sauce in a pan and add the meatballs
on the plates. For a perfect presentation scatter some grated
PARMIGIANO on top and the rest of the parsley.
