Enhance the undergraduate student experience and global education – Grow our student body to 4,000 – Increase scholarships – 200 new endowed scholarships or their equivalent – Fund student opportunities, capstone projects, national competitions – Need $200,000 annually 2. Foster faculty excellence – Chairs and professorships – Increase endowed positions from 10 to 16 and have one position in every department College Goals 3. Enhance graduate education – Increase Ph.D. graduates - Provide 15 graduate fellowships from endowment 4.
