Group 2 Students must have been registered during the Spring semester 2012 to be eligible. Staff applicants must be employed at their home university by the time of the mobility. They should include a written statement from the degree administration’s office, confirming that they are enrolled in the final year and giving the expected completion date. PhD Group 2 Candidates must have completed a master level degree and in case of short term mobility, they must already be enrolled on a PhD program at their home university Post-Doctorate Candidates must have completed a third cycle Academic staff Employed in any of Central Asian partner universities.
