QUEBEC CITY TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY
ECOLE MADELEINE d’HOUET
May 1 – 5, 2015
Parent information meeting
Prayer
O God, we pray and beseech you
to guide and protect our young people
from the dangers that are ever present in our world today.
Be with them, as they experience the trials and tribulations,
the highs and lows,
sorrow and joy,
loneliness and friendship,
success and failure.
Gracious God,
give to them the courage and strength
to make the right decisions
as they journey through life.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit,
may they come to know and experience your loving care.
We make this prayer through Christ Our Lord.
Amen

Tours including air: important info
If airfare has been included in your estimated pricing, the following information should be reviewed closely.
Reserving:
•
A non-refundable deposit is required. Once the deposit is paid, space (seats) and base price are guaranteed. Please note that the
amount required and deposit due date vary from airline to airline.
•
Taxes are not guaranteed and will fluctuate daily until full payment for the airfare is made to the airline. If the cost of the airfare
increases, your tour cost will need to be adjusted.
Ticketing:
•
An accurate passenger list must be supplied along with full payment.
•
The list must have the names of each participant as they appear on their passports. If a passenger has a ticket that does not have the
exact same name as the one on their passport, they could be refused boarding at the gate.
•
First and last names must be clearly defined (middle names need to be defined as first or last); birthdates, nationality and sexes must also
be included.
•
If changes to the list are required after it has been submitted to the airlines, name change fees may apply.
•
Additional fees may apply for cancellations. Please speak with your Tour Consultant as they vary from airline to airline.
Payment:
•
Airlines set deadlines that are out of our control for final payments and passenger lists; if these deadlines are missed, the seats will be
released and the deposits will be forfeited. Once again, these are the airline’s policies, not ours. Please make sure you keep these
important dates in mind when planning your trip.
Luggage:
•
Please verify luggage allowances and fees as they vary from airline to airline and are subject to change. Fees may also apply for
oversized bags. Ask your Tour Consultant to give you all the information pertaining to your airline.
