was ordained in Baltimore in
1918. He served for 30 years at
St. Mary’s and left as Pastor
Emeritus in 1969. He also taught
language, literature and theology
in diocesan schools on Long
Island. He was the author of
several books, including a history
of the Brooklyn Diocese and an
autobiography entitled “An Old
Priest Remembers.”


Ingredients:




Instructions:




1-2 oz. Chocolate Syrup
1-2 oz. Cold Milk
8-10 oz. Cold Seltzer Water
Step 1
Add 1-2 oz chocolate syrup,
1-2 oz cold milk in a glass.
Use a spoon to mix well.
Step 2
Add seltzer water in the
glass, 1/3 way up. Slowly mix
well. Pour more water in until
full. Slowly Mix well.
