HOW IT STARTED ….
After moving to America back in 2006, Harry Pfannenschwarz started to gain huge interest in
physical fitness and working out
To get the best fitness results, like any fitness enthusiast, he wanted to be eating the correct
foods and take the right protein supplements. Unfortunately, too many products are loaded
with artificial ingredients and he was not satisfied with adding these chemicals into is diet
Growing up in a health conscious family business, that prides themselves in producing top
notch quality food for over 25 years, Harry decided to start a whole new generation of healthy
foods designed specifically for fitness enthusiasts;

 Harry P. Fitness High Protein Muscle Pasta was specifically designed with the athlete in mind
but is beneficial for all fitness enthusiasts
 Athletes and fitness enthusiasts need a lot of energy and calories to get through intense
workouts or competitions in order to achieve maximum performance
 Muscle Pasta is great for this because it is first made of 100% all-natural ingredients, there
are no artificial chemicals or preservatives, and nothing is genetically modified which means
the body can easily digest and won't slow the individual down
 The pasta contains complex carbohydrates; ie sugars rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals.
They take longer to digest and they don't raise the sugar levels in the blood too quickly as do
simple carbohydrates. This means that the complex carbohydrate acts as the body's fuel and
provides the body with energy for a longer period of time

 Muscle Pasta has a high amount of protein (30g per serving). Protein is an essential nutrient
that the body uses to build new cells, maintain tissues, and make new proteins. It's
responsible for hair, skin, & nails and from a fitness viewpoint, it is important for muscle
recovery and for rebuilding muscle tissue
 There are also BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) consisting of: Leucine, Valine and
Isoleucine. The BCAA's are the most important amino acids for athletes because they are
metabolized in the muscle, rather than in the liver
 Muscle Pasta tastes great. Many people add chicken breast, steamed vegetables, and any
sauce of their choice. It tastes like traditional pasta so why choose a pasta that doesn't have
as many nutritional benefits as Muscle Pasta?
