We have the competency to assume overall responsibility on behalf of the client irrespective of the nature and location of project, working in partnership with industry tested consultants and specialists. We strongly believe in building a personal rapport with our customers to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations. BBS operates for quoted works such as commercial building contractor, property maintenance, refurbishment, specialist projects e.g. security systems, voice and data system etc. Our emergency and contract works area of coverage is subject to agreement and requirement of individual client. Birdfield Building Services provides a professional services, quality workmanship and value for money that our highly rated client demand. Our large and varied workforce has the flexibility and experience to undertake projects ranging from minor repairs and maintenance to major refurbishment, specialist projects, Construction and Engineering works. We have teams of trained and qualified Engineers with top quality expertise in engineering and project management to carry out site surveys and inspection and ensure fair pricing and accurate specification. BBS employs for our clients who require services out of normal working hours so as not to interfere with their business day. We are happy to discuss new business requirements, be it single projects or longer term arrangements. Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will notify a relevant technician with the skills require to attend. Maintenance of this kind is usually carried out under a call out and schedule of rates. We undertake all manners of works, much of it under schedules of dilapidation, schedules of works etc. Birdfield Building Services, will also consider tenders for measured term maintenance contracts. Large maintenance, repair and refurbishment projects will be initially attended by one trained and qualified Engineer to established specification and cost estimates and then the schedule of work may be agreed. EMERGENCY WORKS Birdfield Building Services, respond to any emergency quickly and effectively with the aim of immediate damage limitation to the client’s property, make safe and repair or replace damaged items. We cover all trades and have the ability to deal with anything from minor repairs to major incidents.
