Eis International Pre-school 1 July 2013 Date and Timing 6 July 2013, Saturday East K1, West K1 and N2 from 2pm to 3:30pm (Yellow Tickets) East N1, N2, West N1 from 3pm to 4:30pm( Green Tickets) East and West K2, West Milky way & Aurora from 4pm to 5:30pm (Orange Tickets) (If you have children in different levels, you may come at your preferred time slots. The program will end at 5:30pm.) (Location) Eis International Pre-school (West Campus) 21 West Coast Road Singapore 127309 Telephone6777 2911 . Car Park To avoid traffic congestion and due to the limited parking lots in our school compound, we strongly encourage parents to come by taking public transport. We will reserve the parking lots in the school for those with special needs. Please inform and state the reason to the class Homeroom teachers if you need these reserved parking lots. After taking into consideration your request, we will issue parking tickets to those whom the school finds it most in need. For others, if you need to drive, there are a few public car parks around our school. Please refer to the map attached with this newsletter Name Tags For Children & Parents Based on feedback from parents to get to know one another, the school will be issuing name tags in the form of stickers for both parents & children. The name stickers will have your child’s name & class. Please pick them up upon your arrival at the entrance and paste it for your child and yourself. Rainy Day The event will continue as usual as the games and food stalls are fully sheltered. Eis Closure Please take note that Eis will be closed on 8 July, Monday as the replacement day. DONATION TO THE NEEDY . The school is supporting “BANN SAITHAN” with the donation that you contribute. Please feel free to donate any sum of money to the needy in the box provided. Your contribution will help these people in many ways. (There is No Obligation in this donation) If you drive on the day, please park your car at Car Park 1 – West Coast Plaza Take a bus from bus stop B08 Bus no. 189, 30, 51 and 143 and alight at bus stop B02 (after Waseda Shibuya High School) Car Park 2 – Block 726 West Coast Road Take a bus from bus stop B08 which is on the opposite side of the road Bus no. 189, 30, 51 and 143 and alight at bus stop B02 (after Waseda Shibuya High School) Please remember to bring your Food Tickets and Game Cards on the day! Your full support and kind understanding will be a great help for us in planning this event. We look forward to see all of you. Thank you. Children with Food Allergies We have made special arrangement to substitute other food item for these children and they will be issued special tickets. We will appreciate if you could inform the teachers at the Food Stall before purchasing the food. We will also be listing out the ingredients for each individual food item and pasting it near the food stall. Parents, please help to double check especially if your child has food allergies. Thank you for your co-operation! Games + Bon Odori There will be 6 game stalls for the children to explore and have fun, so please remember to get them to visit all the stalls located around the school. Kindly remember to write your child’s name on the game card. Come and join us for the Bon Odori Dance! First session: 2:30pm - 2:45pm Second session: 3:30pm - 3:45pm Third session: 4:30pm - 4:45pm Drinks Parent’s Game Parents, don’t forget to visit the stall that is specially set up for you to take up the Challenge! Nursery Room The school will be providing 2 water cooler dispensers. To avoid long waiting time to refill your water bottles, please bring enough water for your child and your family. We have also prepared a room for those parents with baby or toddler.
