local jurisdictions
• Highway project interaction with railroads

• Assist Districts in response to public concerns
– Contribute rail expertise to help resolve issues
• Facilitate communication between DOT, local jurisdictions
and railroads
• Provide technical knowledge
– Responsive to citizen questions or complaints

Programming and Modal Division
