Intervention and support
Is for targeted at-risk students (approximately 15%) who are provided high
efficiency interventions for a rapid response
Students who do not respond to Tier I interventions and require intensive classroom
support and small classroom strategies. Site admin or school psychologist will
initiate referral to Program Manager for Behavior support consultation services.

duration (approximately 5%)
Students who are receiving Special Education Services through the IEP Process (related services-school based
Behavioral and mental health support)
What do we offer?
-Therapists -Comprehensive Evaluations to determine eligibility, treatment plans, intensive individual therapy,
-Case Managers- Provide intensive behavior support and weekly Social Skills groups for students attending classes in the
ED/EAR programs. Family support services include: home visits, linkage with outside agencies etc..
How are services monitored?
- Staff maintain daily logs for all direct services that are provided. – Medical billing logs are also maintained, data
collection is maintained for behavior intervention and crisis. - Staff Calendars are maintained. – Weekly meetings are held
with all Behavioral Health Management staff including Case Managers- logs are discussed as well as client supports –
Program Manager maintains consistent contact with Principals as well as site support staff through emails and site visits
regarding support and services that are provided.
