How to do a Powerful
Presentation
With Intention of Sharing
the Business
Hostess Coaching
• Know why your hostess is doing the
show
• Do they want to do the business?
(get them a curiosity packet)
• Do they want free product? (what
products are the wanting?)
Hostess Coaching
• Get the hostess excited (offer a demo before hand
to her and a few of her guests)
• Offer to send out invitations & explain how
important it is to call them personally
• If you get the hostess interested in the business
beforehand, this could be their launch show
– (I do the Arbonne = Results Presentation at a launch
show)
Know your “why”
• Why you are doing Arbonne?
– This needs to be Passionate & from the
heart.
• Why you are doing this presentation?
– do you need right now money?
– are you looking for business builders?
– are you wanting to get future bookings?
• Why you are doing this as a
presentation VS a results appt.
– (Why I do both and offer both..)
Be Passionate
• Everyone is watching what you are
doing
• Everyone is watching what you are
wearing
• Everyone is watching how much you
enjoy yourself
Be Passionate
• Everyone is watching how much stuff
you are bringing in
• Everyone watches when you arrive
and leave
Be Observant
• Look for those that are interested in
what you are saying
• Look for those that would be great
additions to your team
• Look for the people that seem
skeptical and try and say something
to put there minds at ease
• Invite those that you want on your
team into your business
– Curiosity packet & an invite to coffee
Difference between ShareSelling & Hard-Selling
• No one likes to be sold to
• No one likes to sell
• I don’t want to be Arbonne lady.
Difference between ShareSelling & Hard-Selling
• I say.. ” My hopes are tonight that
am not going to sell products to you
tonight, but to share with you how
you can get these amazing products
at 35% off tonight and for one year.”
Be Duplicatable
• Your presentation needs to be easy
enough that anyone there can do it
– Flipchart or note cards
• If you have a new consultant, bring
them with you for training
• K.I.S.S.- Keep It Simple Stupid
• Page 2, 3&4, 6&7, and page 24 & 25
– Catalog presentation or Results
Presentation
Closing the Presentation
• Give a time when you will be taking orders
& ask them to put whether they are a
1,2,or 3 on their paper.
• Always offer the 3 ways to win & explain
them
• Ask for presentations (offer 3,4,5’s)
• Get all of their contact info if they don’t
sign up as a consultant to be able to
follow-up with them.
Closing the Presentation
• Take notes on their order form, so
you will remember them
• Give them all an invitation to our
monthly Discover Arbonne
• Set up a time to close out
presentation with the hostess, unless
she is ready quickly.
