Introdaction
Proton therapy - the latest treatment for cancer, the essence of which is the
effect on tumor tissue beam of protons accelerated in a cyclotron or
synchrotron. The physical properties of proton radiation (Bragg peak) provide
reduced radiation exposure to healthy tissue compared to other types of
radiation.

Description of solutions and technologies
Proposed a project of modern radiology department, in the equipment which
includes:
• Equipment for PRT;
• Conventional radiotherapy equipment;
• The modern diagnostics (CT. MRT, PET, Ultrasound);
• Information technology.
Status:
• The project has passed the state examination;
• Can be adapted to any oncological clinics with the necessary adjustments at
the request of the customer;
• Period of project realization in any region of Russia is 45 months.
International cooperation on the project
Ability to co-delivery of the equipment:
For example: the Russian company delivers the equipment for
proton therapy, a foreign partner - equipment for diagnosis and
conventional radiotherapy. The arrangement on the joint
production it is advisable to the company that has no experience
in the development of equipment for proton therapy.
Model of the center Proton-Radiation Therapy
Components of the center PRT
Accelerator;
Two units of the proton beam rotation around the patient - the gantry;
Two beam installation with horizontal fixed beams;
Proton therapy technology;
Information complex;
Department of conventional radiation therapy:
• medical linear electron accelerators (accelerators with energies 6MeV and 18
MeV);
• Installation radiotherapy;
• Cobalt gun;
Department of Nuclear Diagnostics and topometry:
• X-ray room;
• Two devices CT, MRT ;
• PET;
• Two simuletor and 3D- ultrasound;
The hospital includes 2 sections of 30 single rooms
