 Anyone involved in research admin- career not a

– Definition & Scope ARAA membership. Who
should be involved in ARAA?
 Confine to admins working in health/related research,
scientists & academicians.

– Recommend best model ( permanent vs.

into structured leadership. i.e.

 Currently Continue with English as the official

 Choice to depend on mode of registration.
– Consider getting trustees
 Process of appointing trustees be stated in
the constitution
 One of the trustees be Patron of the assoc.
Approach
 Consult legal experts in each country. Share with other
committee members so we can decide on the most
favorable institution/ country for ARAA activities.
 Consider possibility of getting one legal firm to sort out the
legal status of ARAA in all member countries.
 Appoint one legal firm to sort out all
modalities
 Discuss options for such a firm.
Key Challenges
1.Harmonization of legal frameworks in
different countries
2.Time, as many are involved in their daily
business
3.Some issues require money yet framework
for funding such not yet established
