• In 2011-12 £70 million to a Change Fund (SGHD) to enable NHS Boards and local authorities, together with voluntary agencies, to redesign services for our growing older population. • Invested to improve services, under the banner of Reshaping Care. Partners to implement local plans for making better use of their combined resources for older people’s services.
