William Shakespeare
Mine honor is my life;
both grow in one ;
Take honor from me,
and my life is done.
Нужнее жизни
добрая мне слава;
Ее отдав,
на жизнь утрачу право.
(1564 – 1616)
Let Us Look In Shakespeare
Give every man thy ear, but few thy voice.
Всем жалуй ухо, голос – лишь немногим.
(Hamlet 1600-1601)
Love is a spirit
all compact of fire,
Not gross to think, but light,
and will aspire.
Любовь взлетает в воздух, словно
пламя,
Она стремится слиться с
небесами.
(Venus and Adonis 1592)
The Place of Birth
William Shakespeare is one of the

Young William was fond of actor's
profession and decided to become

theatre.
All the world‘s a stage,
And all the men and women merely
players
They have their exits and their
entrances;
And one man in his time plays
many parts…
Весь мир театр,
В нем женщины, мужчины – все
актеры.
(As you Like It 1599-1600)
