General advice
- Be CLEAR, CONSISE and CONCRETE
- Nothing can be implicit !
- Use the official application form available on the
National Agencies’ webpages.
- Try to be coherent and take into account the
objectives, the work programme and final product
- All partners should work together on the application
- Evaluation, dissemination and valorisation are
a. SUMMARY
Why is it important ?
- It is the first thing that is read and is the first
impression the evaluators will get.
- It can be used to communicate about your project.
- It has to be well-structured and reflect the whole
project: context, needs, objectives, target group,
results, evaluation, impact
So :
• Do it carefully and be concise !
• Write it at the end
• Do not cut and paste
b. Partnership
• Present the consortium as a whole
• Describe its structure, functioning and
experience in transnational cooperation as well
as the reasons behind the distribution of
activities.
• Specify what measures will be put in place to
ensure good cooperation and effective
communication within the partnership,
including arrangements for dealing with
conflicts.
• Provide an explanation for allocating tasks to
external organisations and justify the added
value of using them
c. The work program
Objective : organize work and share tasks
with the partners
How ?
● Divide the project into work packages
• Gather activities according to expected
results
Examples : management, product 1,
product 2, valorisation, evaluation…
c. The Work Program
Should include:
• Management of the consortium including financial
and activity monitoring arrangements
• Research and needs analysis
• Preparation/adaptation and transfer of
educational activities and/or products
• Piloting/testing/validating the products
• Quality assurance and evaluation
• Dissemination and exploitation including
promotion and awareness-raising
Quality management
Internal Evaluation : describe management
organisation to reduce risks
External evaluation : provide a result according
recipients expectations and referring to the call
of proposal
d. Results and Impact
The project must reach exploitable results.
• The result should be described clearly.
• Their presentation must be easy to read and to
understand
Impact
What is the expected impact of the project?
Short and long term?
On the target public and sector
On the final beneficiaries?
On the systems and practices of vocational
education and training
e. Valorisation strategy
Is a crucial element to estimate the project
Its objective is to integrate the results within the
educational system
Demonstrate that the consortium has the capacity and
necessary experience to carry out the valorisation
activities
Be concrete and precise: provide detailed description of
the target audience, the ressources, the activities, the
organized events, the network used, etc.
Pay attention to the perennity of the results (intellectual
property)

!!! Think about the coherence of the different
tables.
Cofinancing

25 % from partnership
► The maximal cofinancing rate is 75 % from
the European Commission.
► This is a global cofinancing
► The sources of cofinancing are mostly staff
costs (timesheets)
The different parts of the
budget:
