How do we stay true to CORE beliefs with the additional mandates?

• Can we still do multi-age?

– 1 st /2 nd graders lost 8 periods of instruction for 2 benchmark tests – Teachers report on specific instructional standards for each grade level – If a teacher’s time is constant and they are spending more time on differentiating two grade level standards to be recorded in Synergy then less time will be spent planning lessons and working with students – Increased class size
