Dear Sirs,
We were surprised to note from your letter of May 18 that the
quality of our men’s shirts was found not up to the sample.
Our shirts have been exported for many years. So far we have
not had any complaint of this kind. As you know, our shirts
are subject to very strict exam by our commodity inspection
bureau before loading and are found to be of standard quality,
and enjoy a good reputation on international markets. The
goods in question are the same, the Certificate of Quality and
Clean B/L will prove that.
