 To strengthen the educational efficacy,
CMU has adopted The principle of lecturing
to control and evaluate lecturers
 To motivate all lecturers, CMU has
adopted The evaluation criteria for the
promotion of teaching staff
 At the end of semester, FY department
prepare the teaching evaluation of lecturer
by students (Evaluation form)

Recruitment of Students
Policy and Requirement for selecting students to
study in FY at CMU
Requirement for FY
• Student must have baccalaureate degree, associate
degree, or its equivalent authorized by Ministry of
Education, Youth, and Sports (MOEYS).
• Students are required to have an entrant test in
order to evaluate their capacity
• Two copies of official transcripts from the high
school the applicant has attended.

• Two copies of citizen I.D (Optional for Khmer
applicant)
• Two copies of passport (for non-Khmer students)
• Size 4x6 cm photos
 Policy of selecting student to study FY at CMU
has announced at library, receptionist, FYD, and on
our web www.mekong.edu.kh

his/her educational institution.
CMU reserve the right to evaluate his/her transcript.
• The different subject

Student has to have a study record/transcript from
their educational institution.
CMU offers 24 credits only for FY and student has
to study on the subject that he/she has not studied
before.

Credit transfer for FY
– Out of CMU
• All the student at CMU have the rights to
transfer freely to other institutions.
• CMU will certify the transcript and other
documents for the student as necessary.
