I hope you can provide me with some
information about the kinds of vacations that
your firm can offer.
We don’t mind how far we have to go.
It has to be a place where we can do lots of
outdoor activities.
It would be nice if we could get a room with a
kitchen so we could save money by cooking our
own meals.
We’d like to stay at a place with a big pool or
somewhere near the ocean.
We’d like to be away for about three weeks.

To eat new food
to begin to eat in an enthusiastic way

We have the opportunity to dig into the local
cuisine at least three times a day. That means
lots of new eating and drinking experiences; In
some cases, traveling will expose us to wonderful
new foods, and other times, we'll eat old
favorites, but with authentic flavors. Finally,
many regional cuisines are based around local
ingredients, so we'll be enjoying foods at the
peak of their freshness.
The world is a book,
and those who do not travel
read only a page.

To meet new people

The people are one of the best reasons to travel.
We can run into people from all walks of life
(各行各业的), including ones very different
from our own. Travel can put us in contact with
types of people we might never meet in our daily
life, and the stories and perspectives are usually
fascinating.
To challenge ourselves
thrilling

to move towards
Even if we don't like to admit it, travel can be
an intimidating proposition: we're heading
for the unknown and there are always lots of
unanswered questions. That's actually a good
thing because an overseas trip can teach us a
lot about being adventurous. Whether it's a
worry about where we'll stay or how we’ll
communicate if we don’t speak the language,
or even a fear of flying, travel will reward us
richly for overcoming challenges.
To develop self-confidence
beyond one’s ability to understand

Self-confidence can come from many sources,
but the surest way to develop it is to put yourself
in situations where you're over your head -- and
see yourself through. Each time you stretch
yourself and grow your limits, you teach yourself
that you can think your way out of difficult
situations. Travel is great for this. There are tons
of opportunities while traveling to see what
you're made of. It could be as simple as trying to
find your hotel on the other side of a busy part of
town
where sth.

the hardest parts of traveling, and one of
its biggest rewards, is the payoff of launching
yourself into new situations and forcing yourself
to adapt.
To achieve a big goal

If your dream vacation is to visit another
country, accomplishing that goal will take hard
work. The biggest lesson is financial discipline:
to save a little money each month. In addition to
the financial side, you're also looking at making
sure your paperwork is in order (passports,
off a trip to
hotel vouchers, etc). To pull
realize
someplace you've always wanted to go is a large,
complicated goal that will teach you to be
determined and independent
self-reliant in all areas of your
life.


differently
Some
of the
rewards
from travel are felt
once you return home. Sitting back and thinking
about your trip or looking back over your pictures
will give you new perspective on the whole world,
including the little part of it that you call home. You
may find you love a country you thought you hated
or a food that seemed strange turned out to be

delicious. On
side, you might find yourself
disappointed with a place you've always wanted to

visit -- maybe you visited a big city you've always
thought sounded amazing and found out it's a dump.
In any
case,
For

or (for worse), travel will change how you
see the world and give you new perspective on your
place in it.

Travelling broadens our horizons.
Travelling widens our knowledge.
Travelling helps us to see new customs, eat new
foods, and do new things.
Touring will provide more chances for us to enjoy
food and try on clothes that we otherwise cannot
possibly have.
Travelling also helps us to make new friends
wherever we go.
The best means for getting knowledge of actual
experience is travel.
It will make our life more pleasant and make us
have a deep understanding of the people and the
world.

First of all, travel can widen our knowledge of
geography, the knowledge of customs, cultures and
lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly,
we can make friends and practise a foreign
language through travelling. Finally, travel is the
best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various
food and seeing beautiful sceneries.
As we travel, we will see beautiful sceneries typical
of the region. Besides, we can meet and make
friends with people of different colors and races.
Finally, you can get to know the customs and living
habits of the local people.

In a word, we can benefit from travel in more than
one way. It is worth spending the time.

as well as of France itself. The structure is not only
a landmark that is recognized all over the world,
but is perhaps the most popular architectural
achievement in the Western world. It was the
tallest man-made structure in the world until the
Empire State Building was constructed. The tower
is visited by six million people from all over the
world every year.

