Prize-Winners:
* “Talent Academy”: Prize given to a consulting firm
for having developed a 1-year-training program for
(selected) promising youngsters with leadership
qualities.
* “Furniture-Pass”: Prize given to engineers and trainers of
private enterprises for having developed a manual which
enables apprentices to evaluate the effect of certain
products on the environment and sustainability.

Increase of the competitivity of Kosova enterprises
- Expected results:
 Improve the involvement of the private sector in VET
 Recognition of experiences made by diverse Organization
 Incentivate and motivate new and innovative ideas in VET
through annual awards
BASIC IDEA
KCC-VET-CONTEST
To give - if possible annually - an AWARD to
organizations or individual persons for having
invested time or money in providing special
and innovative learning programs or materials
or other training support efforts for their
personnel, for teachers or
students/apprentices of VET-Schools,
vocational training centres and others.
